Download, print, read properly all the terms and conditions in Merchant Agreement and then fill in the Merchant Application Form & Agreement.(PDF, File Size: 600K Only)

You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the form. If you don't have this software, you can download it for free.

Then, simply prepare all the documents that are required based on your organization type.
