What are the requirements to be PosPay merchant?

i) Private Limited Companies (SDN BHD)
- Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
- More than 1 year of operations.
- Minimum paid-up capital of RM10,000.
- Nature of Business is legal and ethical.
(Tips: Everything Illegal Offline definitely will be Illegal Online)

ii) Sole Proprietor & Partnership
- Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
- Nature of Business is legal and ethical.

iii) Individuals
- No minumum paid-up capital required.
- Nature of business is legal and ethical.

What are the documents required for application?

i) Private Limited Companies (SDN BHD)
- Form 9, Form 24, Form 49
- Company profile
- Product/Services brochure

ii) Sole Proprietor & Partnership
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Form D
- Company Profile
- Product / Service Brochure
- Copy of Director's IC

iii) Individuals
- Business Description
- Product / Services Brochure
- Copy of owner's IC

How long is the application process?

Pospay will need 5 to 7 business days to process your application.

What happen after your application is approved?

Once your application is approved, PosPay will contact you directly and provide you with the following:
- Letter of offer
- Agreement
- System Integration Manual
- Operation Manual

How does webShaper e-commerce system integrate with Pospay?

The integration is using HTTP Post via a secured SSL channel to PosPay's server.
